OK, so I realize it is not actually Sunday — in fact it is nearly Tuesday. However, I am in West Virginia and have other things on my mind. I did cook some really delicious things and want to talk about them, though.
For instance, this delicious Asian slaw. I’ve made something similar before, I guess, but not this delicious. I took a sponge ruiner to some broccoli stalks, chopped up some carrots and broccoli and cabbage, and doused it in rice vinegar and soy sauce. Then I put on some peanuts, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
I will tell you about the rest of the food later because the internet is being rather slow.
